PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch mechanism mechanically transmitting torque from a driving side to a driven side, and capable of allowing rotation of the driven side without being burdened by the driving side and reducing size and cost. SOLUTION: The clutch mechanism 5 is provided with a collar part 21a formed in a substantially cylindrical shape and provided so as to integrally rotate with a small diameter gear 8 of the driven side, an outer circumferential displacement shaft 22 provided so as to integrally rotate with a worm wheel 7 of the driving side in an inner side of the collar part and formed in an outer circumferential face with a displacement face 22a changing a distance with an inner circumferential face of the collar part, a rolling element 23 housed between the displacement face and the inner circumferential face of the collar part and formed with a diameter shorter than an interval between the inner circumferential face of the collar part and a center part of the displacement face and in a cylindrical shape longer than an interval between the inner circumferential face of the collar part and a side part of the displacement face, a holder 24 holding the rolling element and formed with a disc part 24d in an outer circumferential side of the collar part, and a friction generating part 25 holding the disc part by holding power of a predetermined value and allowing rotation of the disc part against torque larger than the predetermined value of the disc part. |
