<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decomposition method for a biodegradable polyester resin, without degradation such as lowering of a molecular weight in storage and usage, and decomposable with the molecular weight quickly lowering when waste-treating after being used. SOLUTION: When decomposing the biodegradable polyester resin, the biodegradable polyester resin and an alkaline material having a dissociation index pKa of 7.0 or above are existed together to promote a lowering of the molecular weight of a resin to be decomposed.</p> |
