METHOD FOR RAPIDLY WHITENING MOUTH FO SYNTHETIC RESIN CONTAINER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for carrying out a treatment of whitening a mouth of a synthetic resin container in a short time. SOLUTION: This method for rapidly whitening the mouth of the synthetic resin container comprises the steps to heat the mouth of a RET container and thereby, rapidly whiten the part. In this method, the atmospheric temperature T of the mouth is adjusted to exceed a temperature range W for whitening promotion at the highest speed of crystallization of a PET resin as shown by a solid line Ta. In succession, the atmospheric temperature T of the mouth part is adjusted so that it falls within the temperature range W for whitening promotion.
