PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biaxially stretched polyester film for processing having stretchability and flexbility, excellent in molding processability and also excellent in heat resistance, vapor deposition properties and surface processing characteristics such as printability or the like. SOLUTION: The biaxially stretched polyester film for processing comprises a polyester with a melting point of 245-270 deg.C and satisfies the formula: (Fa+ Fb)/(Sa+Sb)>=150 [wherein, Fa is elongation at break at 25 deg.C in the arbitrary direction of the film, Fb is elongation at break at 25 deg.C in the direction perpendicular to Fa, Sa is a heat shrinkage factor (%) in the same direction as Fa at 150 deg.C for 30 min and Sb is a heat shrinkage factor (%) in the direction perpendicular to Sa at 150 deg.C for 30 min]. |
