PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm whether a molten salt or the like is adhered to a tube or a constituting member or not in a molten salt adhering environment or the like in a boiler, a gas turbine or the like. SOLUTION: A melting temperature monitoring sensor of an ash is provided with a tubular evaluating material probe 16 having a hollow part as a cooling air passage and the evaluating material probe 16 has an evaluating material ring 10 and, in which each one end of a pair of thermocouples 12 is embedded in the thick part of the ring to measure a metal temperature and each one end of a pair of thermocouples 14 is protruded from the inner surface to the outer surface of the thick part of the ring to measure ash temperature, and both ends of the ring are respectively connected to support tubes 11, 13.
