PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a submersible floating body structure which can follow ground subsidence of filled ground when facilities constructed on the filled ground is expanded. SOLUTION: The submersible floating body structure is comprised of a plurality of support bodies 1 erected on the sea bottom, elevating bodies 2 each ascendably/descendably arranged on an upper portion of the support body 1 via an elevating stroke adjusting device 3, and floating bodies 4 each mounted on the elevating body 2 to float on the sea level. The elevating stroke adjusting device 3 is formed of an elevating hydraulic cylinder device 21 arranged in the support body 1 for ascending/descending the elevating body 2, and a load bearing member 22 arranged between the elevating body 2 and the support body 1, for bearing a load applied to the elevating body 2.
