PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-supporting bag, its manufacturing method capable of avoiding cost up due to useless cut pieces of a film and forming a constricted outlet without keeping a big dead space in an upper portion of a bag, making two self-supporting bags each with a fastener at one time changing their directions by 180 degrees and to provide a packaging item of the self-supporting bag. SOLUTION: A side seal 5 is arranged at both side margins of a front surface portion 1 of a bag and a rear surface portion 2 of the bag, both bags possesses bottom gussets 3 and bottom seals 4 and 4, the upper margin of the bag is a bending outline 6 symmetrical with respect to a middle point 6a of the line length to form a constricted outlet portion 7 and a shoulder portion 8 and a top seal 9 and an opening 10 are separately mounted.
