PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a resistance property to metallic corrosion such as galvanic corrosion without increasing the size of the device and a manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: A cover member 21 of a reservoir 15 attached to a cylinder bore 18 of a base block 11 is formed by aluminum material same as the base block 11. The base block 11 and the cover member 21 are contacted with each other by the same aluminum material, so that the progress of galvanic corrosion can be certainly prevented even if brake liquid or moisture is adhered to an inner surface and an outer peripheral surface of the cover member 21 under an outside air atmosphere. The cover member 21 need not to be covered with a cover and subjected to surface treatment, thereby simultaneously downsizing the device and decreasing a manufacturing cost.
