ON-VEHICLE CONTROL MODULE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle control module which can be mounted easily with a small and simple structure without changing a design of the on-vehicle control module, and has a built-in microphone for mainly picking up a driver's voice without picking up an ambient sound. SOLUTION: The microphone is arranged on the rear side of a panel 4 corresponding to a position of a sound transmission part 5 arranged on a see-through surface of the panel 4 of an overhead module 3. The microphone is covered with a vibration isolating cover 14 and is housed, the vibration isolating cover 14 abuts on one end of the bracket 15 as a pressing means, a base end of the bracket 15 is fixed to a lamp housing 12 by a screw 16, and the vibration isolating cover 14 is pressed and is in close contact with a rear surface of the panel 4 by elastic force of the bracket 15. The microphone does not pick up the ambient sound but mainly picks up the driver's voice by the aid of the vibration isolating cover.
