PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit the mounting of a nonwoven frabric filter directly on an inside/outside air switching box without significantly impairing the mounting workability of the non-woven cloth filter. SOLUTION: The insertion of the filter 13 approximately perpendicular to a bending direction induces the bending deformation of the filter 13 due to its dead weight to be bending deformation around an X-axis when hand gripping the filter 13, therefore suppressing the deformation of the filter 13. This permits the mounting of the filter 13 directly on the inside/outside air switching box 2 without significantly impairing the mounting workability of the filter 13. Besides, by holding lower and upper side edge portions 13a on holding portions 2c, 2d, 2e, harder looseness of the filter 13 out of the holding portions 2c, 2d, 2e is achieved than by holding both right and left side edge portions 13b.
