PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film or a sheet which does not generate a harmful combustion gas when incinerated, has a high frequency welder aptitude, proper flexibility, and transparency, and is excellent in scratch resistance. SOLUTION: In the multi-layer film or sheet, a polyester copolymer resin layer is formed at least on one side of an olefin resin film. The olefin resin comprises polypropylene, polyethylene, or an ethylene copolymer resin, and the polyester copolymer resin is a copolymer resin obtained from ethylene, a dicarboxylic acid, and a polyhydric alcohol.
