PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe (7) for spraying and injecting a chemical and a pipe or the like having a chemical outlet port (8) which allow atomization and injecting operations of the chemical for executing termite prevention and rot proof of a structural wood of a wooden building to be easily carried out safely to the human body at anytime. SOLUTION: A flange part (2) is integrated into a central pipe main body (1), and hollow pipe main bodies (1) and (1-1) are fixed to an outside wall (9) by utilizing a fixing screw hole (3) provided to the flange part (2). The chemical for purposes of termite prevention and rot proof are sprayed or injected from the hollow pipe main bodies (1) and (1-1) and the structural wood of the wooden building are prevented from termite damage and rot to keep safety easily.
