LAMINATED LEAF AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated leaf of which the interface for peeling is made different from that to be a barrier to etching of a metal leaf, so as to improve productivity in a transfer method. SOLUTION: The laminated leaf is constituted of the metal leaf, a carrier and a metal intermediate layer held between them. The metal intermediate layer is capable of functioning as the barrier to etching of the metal leaf and a weak junction layer is formed in the metal intermediate layer or on the interface between the metal intermediate layer and the carrier.
