<p>PURPOSE:To improve productivity and reduce cost in a specific process for printing a corrugated board, etc., by using a water-sol. ultraviolet-curable ink contg. no water nor water-sol. solvent. CONSTITUTION:A water-sol. ultraviolet-curable ink contg. no water nor water- sol. solvent is used for printing a corrugated board, etc., by using the main roll with fine unevenness formed on the surface (an anilox roll) and an auxiliary roll arranged face-to-face with the main roll and by bringing a plate cylinder into contact with the main roll. Generally, the ink having a water-sol. content of 50-100% and a viscosity (25 deg.C) of 1,000cP or lower is used. Since the ink does not evaporate, its viscosity does not increase, dispensing with the continuous circulation of it and simplifying its supply system.</p> |
