PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for manually producing a healthy food confectionery by which a confectionery of healthy food is produced by forming a raw material into a paste, and further forming the resultant pasty material into a desired shape such as a plate shape, a square shape, a round shape and an animal shape. SOLUTION: The healthy food steamed by a steamer basket or the like is inserted into a manual kneader having a shape of a rice mortar with a handle to make the food such as the healthy food a pasty. The resultant pasty material is formed into a rod-shaped paste having a desired shape, and the rod-shaped paste is cut into a proper largeness. A power is blown upon the cut product by utilizing a hot air, and the resultant cut pasty product is rotated in a bowl having a round shape by utilizing the wind pressure to provide a spherical confectionery. In another aspect, the paste formed into a rod shape other than the spherical shape is cut into a proper largeness, and the cut products are sent out on a platform of a belt conveyor. The hot air is blown to the cut products conveyed by the conveyor to provide the objective confectionery. The apparatus is obtained by forming the series of the devices for manually carrying out these processes into one set having an exchangeable nozzle parts.
