PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interface IC of a game machine that lessens the limitations of hardware and software. SOLUTION: An 8-bit data port IC 801 used in the output port of a control circuit, 8-bit output latch ports 802-1 to 802-5 latching 8-bit data 805-1 inputted from a CPU and a 4-bit output latch port 802-6 latching upper 4-bit data 805-2 or lower 4-bit data 805-3, and the upper 4-bit data 805-2 or lower 4-bit data 805-3 are selected by a SELECT signal 807, and data selected are inputted to the 4-bit output latch port 802-6.
