PURPOSE: An apparatus for sensing a remote termination signal in a mobile communication terminal is provided to easily sense the termination signal in a place required in silence such as a public place without giving a damage to other person. CONSTITUTION: A termination signal transmitting unit(1) receives a termination signal from a main control device(10) of a mobile communication terminal, modulates termination information of a digital signal including an address and type of a remote termination signal into an RF(Radio Frequency) or an IF(Intermediate Frequency), and transmits termination information through a transmission antenna(ANT1). A termination signal receiving unit(2) receives termination information transmitted from the termination signal transmitting unit(1) through a receiving antenna(ANT2), modulates received termination information into an RF or an IF, demodulates the modulated signal into a digital signal with a baseband, and processes the digital signal. An address discriminating unit(3) discriminates whether an address of the receiving signal of the termination signal receiving unit(2) is identical to a set or programmed address, grasps a kind of termination signal from the digital signal with the baseband when the addresses are identical, generates a corresponding termination signal, and transmits the generated termination signal to a termination signal converting unit(4) through the termination signal receiving unit(2). The termination signal converting unit(4) transmits the termination signal as a physical vibration or impact to a body of a user through an attaching unit(7) when the termination signal is inputted from the termination signal receiving unit(2). A control terminal and memory unit(5) stores an address or data like a termination signal type from an external controller, and provides information for diagnosing a failure to the external controller. The attaching unit(7) attaches a remote termination signal sensing device to a wearing object or the body of the user.
