PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a movable cart device 20 which can be taken in and out below a desk top plate 2 with an arc-shaped, peripheral edge 2a user-friendly. SOLUTION: A movable body 21 with an open top of the cart device 20 is made movable by four legs 22 and casters 23. A first top plate 24a and a second top plate 24b to cover an opening on the top of the movable body 21 are set to have a configuration that the outer peripheral edges are substantially same as the radius of a peripheral edge 2a of the desk top plate 2. The first top plate 24a and the second top plate 24b are provided to rotate vertically, to open, and to close independently on the movable main body through a hinge attached to one side of each top plate. Goods can be taken in and out of the opening on the top of the movable body 21 by opening only the top plate located outside the desk top plate 2.
