摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform electrolysis of water by a power generated by solar energy, to pump up water by utilizing buoyancy of hydrogen air bubbles, and to utilize water and hydrogen. SOLUTION: This pump comprises a solar battery 11 to photoelectrically convert solar energy to generate a power; electrodes 3a and 3b to effect electrolyte of water by a power; a guide pipe 6 to guide water to a spot above a water surface by buoyancy of hydrogen air bubbles 4a generated through electrolysis; and a gas liquid separator 7 to separate air liquid mixture water 4b into hydrogen and water in a position above the guide pipe 6. In electrolysis of sea water, the electrodes 3a and 3b are arranged such that the electrode 3a on the side where chlorine is generated is located outside the guide pipe 6 and the electrode 3b on the side where hydrogen is generated is arranged inside the guide pipe 6.
