SOLUTION: The energy saving system for a water supply and drainage disposal plant is equipped with a water quality calculation part 103, a water quality target value setting part 101, a water quantity time series data setting part 102, an optimum discharge quantity calculation part 108 for estimating the discharge quantity of a pump or blower capable of achieving a water quality target value, a machinery characteristic setting part 116, a facilities characteristic setting part 119, a power consumption calculation part 111 for calculating present state machinery power consumption quantity 109 and renewed machinery power use quantity 110 and a power consumption analyzed result display part 112 having function for displaying respective use quantities on a screen.
