PURPOSE: Provided are an organic color developing compound, which can applied to a hole injection and transfer layer, an electron injection and transfer layer, and a light emitting layer, and an organic light emitting diode using the compound. CONSTITUTION: The organic color developing compound is represented by the formula 1, wherein each of B1 and B2 is selected from the group consisting of an aromatic amine group, a carbazole group, and a carbazole derivative group and each of A1 and A2 is selected from the group consisting of a double bond conjugated with the central benzene ring, a cyano group conjugated with the benzene ring and the double bond, and a benzene aromatic group, a heterocyclic aromatic group conjugated with the benzene ring and the double bond but not conjugated with the cyano group. And the organic light emitting diode contains the organic color developing compound.
