PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball polishing/lifting device having a winding device for winding an used fabric belt, which makes it possible to facilitate fitting of the fabric belt. SOLUTION: A chucking unit 62 has a pair of chucking members 64 and 69 for sandwiching the fabric belt. One chucking member 64 is fixed to a fitting frame 53 which is fixedly fitted to a back face of the ball polishing/lifting device, another chucking member 69 is fixed to an opening/shutting lid 65 which can be pivotally supported so as to freely open/shut with respect to the fitting frame 53. One of the chucking members 69 can be shifted between a chucking state and a non-chucking state by an electric driving source 75. Thereby, the fabric belt can be easily fitted to the chucking unit 62.
