PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a cut surface at right angles to a member to be cut and to flexibly cope with a large change in the diameter of the member to be cut. SOLUTION: A cutting tool is characterized by being constituted of a cutter body (1) with a curved recessed part (2) for holding the member (H) to be cut and a fixed grasping part (3), a cutting blade body (4) fixed by a pivot on the cutter body (1), a driving mechanism (6) fitted on the cutter body (1) and making the cutting blade body (4) perform an operation for cutting the member (H) to be cut, a movable grasping part (7) fixed by a pivot on the cutter body (1) and driving the driving mechanism (6) and an arm (8) for holding the member to be cut with a curved recessed part (9) for holding the member to be cut being fixed by a pivot on the cutter body (1) so as to be freely approached to and separated from the curved recessed part (2) and being curved in the opposite direction to the curved recessed part (2) and the arm (8) for holding the member to be cut being provided on both sides of the cutting blade body (4).
