PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an ergometer good to use for a user. SOLUTION: In 10 sec measuring processing, when movement at the ergometer is started (SA3), the state of the movement and the state of a person to be examined are recorded (SA4) until 10 see passes (YES at SA5). Namely, moving ability for 10 sec from the start of movement at the ergometer can be measured.
