PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning brush with a handle especially useful for cleaning a screen door for which the washing of a brush body alone is enabled and the exchange of the brush body alone is enabled as well. SOLUTION: A brush body 2 is composed by attaching a brush part 11 made of synthetic fibers or cloth for which innumerable short bristles 11a are brought down in one direction and densely planted on the inner surface of a flexible sheet-like substrate 10. The brush body 2 is detachably attached to the tip part of a handle 1 through a brush holding base plate 3. A pair of left and right pressing bands 14 are provided on the outer surface of the sheet-like substrate 10 and both left and right end parts of the brush holding base plate 3 are detachably inserted between the outer surface of the sheet-like substrate 10 and the pair of the left and right pressing bands 14.
