PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for recycling marine resources improving various factors deteriorating the global environment by reducing the amount of wastes by recycling wastes such as living waste, domestic wastewater, excrements or the like, and reducing emission of carbon dioxide. SOLUTION: In this method, nutrient salts are produced by using the wastes as raw materials, and a marine ecosystem on the open sea using the nutrient salts as a base, is established the marine resources produced on the cycling process of the marine ecosystem are havested, recovers the wastes produced after consuming the marine resources are recovered and produces the nutrient salts using the wastes are produced again.
