PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for treating remainder stems, having cutting blades improved in durability and having improved attaching strength of the cutting blades. SOLUTION: This device for treating remainder stems has a plural stage of rotary blades 2 on a vertical rotation axis 1 with a proper space in the axis direction and bed blades 3 each facing to the rotary blades 2 and is covered the outside thereof with a cover to form an open part at the front, wherein an angleβbetween the cutting line of the rotary blades 2 and the bed blades 3 is enlarged.
