<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a network system for collecting disaster information, etc., in underground or building structure, which is capable of speedily and surely coping with the occurrence of a disaster, an accident, etc., such as a fire in underground or building structure by precisely collecting positional information on persons performing activity at the site and collecting biological information on the respiration rates, the pulse rates, etc., of the persons, environmental information on a temperature, gas density, etc., at the site, the video of the site, etc., to unitarily manage them by a control center, etc. SOLUTION: Positional information is precisely collects by a positional measurement method by a GPS system or electric field intensity usable in underground or in the building structure. Various kinds of sensors, video cameras, etc., are arranged at the bodies, helmets, etc., to collect the biological information, the environmental information and site video data. Then, the data are transmitted to a site management center through a LAN and transmitted to an information collecting management center through the Internet to unitarily manage the positional information and the biological information on the persons especially many persons performing fire fighting activity, rescuing activity, etc., at the site.</p> |
