PURPOSE: Provided is a water-dispersible copolyester resin composition excellent in water-dispersibility, printing stability, waterproof property, adhesive property, and flexibility, which is used for coating various films. CONSTITUTION: The water-dispersible copolyester resin composition is produced by copolymerizing a dicarboxylic acid containing a metal sulfonate base or a derivative thereof, another dicarboxylic acid or a derivative thereof, a divalent alcohol, and 0.5-30pts.wt.(based on the total carboxylic acids of 100pts.wt.) of a rosin acid modified by maleic anhydride, wherein the rosin acid is modified by heat-reacting levopimaric acid, abietic acid, palustric acid, isomers thereof, or derivatives thereof with the maleic anhydride.
