PURPOSE: An intercepting method and device for pleasant surroundings, safety, and appearance of a subway station is provided to prevent various foreign substances from coming in together with a train when the subway advances into a subway station and to prevent waiting passengers from falling on a railway. CONSTITUTION: In an intercepting method for pleasant surroundings, safety, and appearance of a subway station, a train stops at a stop line while entering a station building and then a sensor operates(step1). The sensor operates an air injection device installed at an intercepting plate and air curtain is spread(step2). A door installed at the incepting plate is open and shut together while the doors of the train are open and shut(step3). Passengers in the train and waiting passengers in the station building get off and get on the train with passing through the air curtain(step4). The doors of the trains and the door installed at the intercepting plate are shut at the same time(step5). The air injection device stops and removes the air curtain(step6). The train starts(step7).
