PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slot medal sensor with versatility to be commonly used in multiple kinds of pachinko-slot game machines. SOLUTION: The slot medal sensor 20 is attached to the hopper exit 16 of the pachinko-slot game machine at a later date. The slot medal sensor 20 is constituted by providing element attaching recessed parts 22 at the mutually opposed parts of inner edge parts in both arms 21a and 21b through the use of a U shape baseboard 21 with size for enclosing the hopper exit 16, fitting a light emitting element 23a to one of the recessed parts 22 and fitting a light receiving element 23b to the other recessed part 22.
