PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stick which is more excellent in absorbing shocks, and absorbs shocks excellently as well as is used more efficiently. SOLUTION: A bottom end of supporting rod member 10 is inserted into a fixing hole 24 of a stick end part 14 made of an elastomeric material and the stick end 14 is attached to the bottom end of the supporting rod member 10, and a shock absorbent body 26 made of elastic material which is softer than the stick end part 14 and can be easily changed in shape is set between the bottom face of the fixing hole 24 and the bottom face of the supporting pole member 10 inserted in the fixing hole 24.
