PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for pulverizing a raw material such as powder and a granular substance into finer particles. SOLUTION: The raw material is pulverized by supplying the raw material through a feeding port 8 into a casing 2 provided with the first rotary blade 5 and the second rotary blade 6 each of which has a plurality of blades on the periphery of a boss and which are opposite to each other, moving the supplied raw material by the air current generated by rotating the blades 5 and 6, adjusting the state of the air current by changing the operation conditions such as air sucking pressure and air flow rate of an air sucking unit 10 communicating with the casing 2 and forcing the particles of the raw material moving on the air current to collide with one another, to collide with the inside surface of the casing 2 or to collide with each of the blades 5 and 6.
