PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen blowout device which is capable of simultaneously supplying oxygen and at least calcium to a human body by a simple method. SOLUTION: This device has a compressed oxygen chamber 12a which houses the compressed oxygen A, an ionic water chamber 13a which houses ionic water W containing at least calcium ions Ca<2+> and is communicated with the compressed oxygen chamber 12a in such a manner that the compressed oxygen A can flow therein from the compressed oxygen chamber 12a and an opening/ closing operation member 30 which operates a freely openable and closable oxygen outlet 25 for communicating the ionic water chamber 13a with the atmosphere to open and close this outlet. The oxygen outlet 25 is opened by operating the opening/closing operation member 30, by which the compressed oxygen A in the compressed oxygen chamber 12a is passed through the inside of the ionic water W in the ionic water chamber 13a and the compressed oxygen accompanied by at least the calcium ions described above is blown out of the oxygen outlet 25.
