PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assure sealability of a floor with a slope without increasing a manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: A floor structure for a vehicle comprises a floor panel 1 having a cutout 12 formed at a site adjacent to an opening formed at a rear wall of the vehicle and a plurality of recess beads 11 extended in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle and opened at rear ends with the cutout 12, and a slope panel 4 arranged in the cutout 12 and having a slope inclined down toward the opening. The floor structure further comprises a bracket 2 having a longitudinal wall connected with a seal member 3 for blocking the rear ends of the beads 11 and a horizontal wall 22 substantially in plane with side edges 13, 14 of the cutout 12 and connected to the panel 1 in such a manner that peripheral edges 41, 421, and 431 of the panel 4 are respectively connected to the wall 22 of the bracket 2 and the edges 13, 14 of the cutout 12.
