PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate motion of tissue and a moving change of blood in an organism while obtaining the moving speed of tissue and bloodstream speed in the organism by transmitting ultrasonic waves percutaneously into the organism and tracing the motion of tissue in the organism and a change of the position relationship of red curpuscle convergence in blood from the phase information on ultrasonic reflection signals from the tissue and blood in the organism. SOLUTION: An ultrasonic pulse is transmitted and received to and from an ultrasonic probe 1, and the received ultrasonic reflection signal from the organism is phase detected by a phase detection part 5. A phase difference during the ultrasonic transmit/receive repeated period is obtained from a phase detection signal, and the moving speed of tissue and the blood speed in the organism are calculated from a phase difference of the ultrasonic reflection wave by a data analysis part 7. The movement of tissue and blood in the organism is traced from a movement amount calculated from the speed. The traced result and the movement amount and speed and waveform of tissue and blood in the organism are simultaneously displayed on a display part 13 through a display control part 10.
