PURPOSE: A process of preparing a polyethylene coated film by preparing a yarn using polyethylene as a main material and then coating a mixture of PE(LDPE, LLDPE) and EVA thereon is provided, which reduces the cost of production by about 50% because of recycling of its waste and produces the film improved in strength and light transmissivity without changing its original physical properties. CONSTITUTION: A mixture of polyethylene as a main material and an ultraviolet stabilizer is melted and injected to produce a polyethylene yarn having a cross section with a round shape, which is weaved. One surface of the fabric is coated with a mixture of PE(LDPE, LLDPE), followed by coating the same surface in the first stage and then another surface thereof is coated two times in the second stage.
