PURPOSE: A testing device is provided to measure a rotating speed of a releasing key and a delay time by a mechanical delay member of a rocket ignition safety device. CONSTITUTION: A testing device comprises a supporter having a receiving space within. A fixing member is installed in one side of the supporter to fix a rocket ignition safety device(100) to a testing device. A rotating member rotates the rocket ignition safety device to copy the rotation of the rocket ignition safety device when launching the rocket. A sensing member senses a releasing key by the rotation of the rocket ignition safety device. A detaching member detaches a safety pin of the rocket ignition safety device. A measuring member measures a mechanical delay time of the rocket ignition safety device after the detachment of the safety pin.
