PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spark torch body which is effective for suppressing the electromagnetic trouble caused by spark currents, and a wire bonder. SOLUTION: A substrate 101 of a spark torch body 1 consists of a metallic body, and it has a spark electrode 105 at its part. An insulating cover 103 consists of an electromagnetic wave absorptive insulating the cover, and it covers the surface of the substrate 101, excluding the spark electrode 105. |
