PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recycle wastewater resulting from living areas except a toilet by using a compact combined septic tank. SOLUTION: The septic tank is provided with a settlement/separation tank 2 that settles and separates influent excretion; a water sending means 3; an aerating solid/liquid separation and flow rate control tank 5 containing an aerating solid/liquid separation means 4 containing a pump water sending means 4a and provided with an air diffusion tube for aeration 4c on which a fine- opening screen or membrane 4b is set up; a pressurelized water sending means 6; membrane separation filtration tank 8 that contains a membrane unit means 7 that performs treatment with microbes of active sludge and filtration with a filter membrane 7a; an air lift means 9; a disinfection tank 10; and a recycled water sending means 12 that sends water to a recycling facility 11.
