PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for re-coating works in which the re-coating works at a high working site are easy, reliable, efficient and highly accurate. SOLUTION: This device comprises a tool fitting frame 1a for holding a rotary scraper type tool 61 for surface treatment, a rope 9 for hoisting the tool fitting frame 1a from an upper part, and a hoisting tool 8 forming an attachable/detachable mechanism for connecting the rope 9 in an attachable/ detachable manner to/from the tool fitting frame 1a. A plurality of rotary scraper type tools 61 can be held by the tool fitting frame 1a. |
