PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foot warmer housing bag which can release heat reserved within a foot warmer housed gradually outside by securing moderate adiabatic capacity. SOLUTION: An inner bag 11 is housed into an outer bag 7 being doubled while the outer and inner bags 7 and 11 are put together to form a foot warmer housing part. The inner bag 11 has an aluminum deposited film 13 formed over the entire surface of a foamed sheet 12 made of polyethylene. The moderate adiabatic capacity of the foamed sheet 12 is combined with better heat reflecting and conducting actions of the aluminum deposited film 13 to allow gradual release of the heat reserved within the foot warmer housed outside.
