SOLUTION: The pillow 1 having an inner material 2 consisting of a middle- expansion foam and a high-expansion foam covering material 3 for covering the inner material 2 has rugged shapes 5 on the upper surface 4 of the covering material 3. In addition, through-holes 6 exist in the height direction of the upper surface 4 and the inner material 2.
