PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a miniaturized and economical dioxins adsorption removal apparatus suitable for using for a small scale incinerator. SOLUTION: The dioxins adsorption removal apparatus comprises a cooling unit for preliminarily cooling a waste gas from an incinerator and an adsorption unit for passing the waste gas from the cooling unit throughγ-alumina containing therein, and the adsorption unit is kept in a prescribed temperature region.
