<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To separate water from excretions with good efficiency. SOLUTION: In a mountain district, excretions are treated after transporting with a helicopter to a flatland or is incinerated there. In any case, reduction in its amount and volume is necessary. Even on the flatland land, septic tank sludge almost consists of water, and there is a demand for sanitarily and effectively removing such water. A method for solidifying excretion consists of subjecting it to a treatment for coagulating fine particles, effectively removing water from excretion or sludge by a wire mesh of a filter to reduce its amount and volume, and dehydrating it in a vacuum or under pressure. A method for thermal drying, and method for effectively treating wastewater by treating the filtrate with an oxidizing agent are also provided.</p> |
