PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell plate which is used for separating a fine specimen and can selectively and quickly catch and separate the arbitrary fine specimen from the group of many fine specimens dispersed and floated in a medium liquid. SOLUTION: This cell plate for separating the fine specimen is characterized by forming a bypass passage (4) on a main passage (3) for flowing a carrier liquid, forming a drainage passage (5) branched from the bypass passage (4), and further opening and forming a guide passage (9) for guiding out the fine specimen caught with laser light from a sample chamber (8) between the drainage passage (5) at the branched point (6) and the downstream side of the bypass passage (4).
