PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To excellently remove water and to improve watertightness by recessing the peripheral edge of a washbowl. SOLUTION: The basin 5 is attached on the basis of the following processes; (A) the process of forming a groove 21 approximately corresponding to the opening part inner diameter of the washbowl on the back surface of a top plate 10 composed of a surface material 1 and a base material 2 and the groove 22 at a position separated from the groove 21 slightly to an outer side as well, and cutting an upper part leaving a part 3 of the base material, (B) the process of distorting the inner side and outer side of the part 3 of the base material with the part 3 of the base material as an origin and providing a level difference, (C) the process of injecting thermosetting resin 9 to at least one of the grooves 21 and 22 so as to bury the part 3 of the base material and providing a flat part 30 after it is set, and (D) the process of providing an opening part on the top plate, abutting the outer peripheral edge 6 of the basin 5 to the flat part 30 using an adhesive material and reinforcing it with an attaching metal fitting 13.
