MOVING PICTURE PHONE FOR ASSIGNING PSTN AND INTERNET TO VOICE AND MOVING PICTURE

PURPOSE: A moving picture phone for assigning a PSTN(Public Switched Telephone Network) and the Internet to a voice and a moving picture is provided to transmit the voice using the conventional PSTN and transmit the digital moving picture using the Internet through a dedicated line or cable modem. CONSTITUTION: Mutual or one side IP address is confirmed after a user calls an object using a conventional telephone number in an analog PSTN and a telephone call is performed between the user and the object. A voice signal is transceived through the PSTN. An 1:1 connection is performed using an IP address confirmed in the Internet and a moving picture signal is transceived through the Internet.
