PURPOSE: An opening and closing door of refrigerator and manufacturing method of the same are provided to prevent deformation, a scratch or a scar of an exterior cover occurring during foaming of heat insulating material. CONSTITUTION: A cut-off plate(13) is joined to an end of a separate forming mold formed in a shape same with an inside structure of an exterior cover(11) of an opening and closing door(10). A heat insulating material(12) is formed integrally with the cut-off plate by foaming and filling material in the forming mold while the cut-off plate is joined. The heat insulating material is mounted in the exterior cover and joined by joining bolts(14).
