APPARATUS FOR SUPPORTING FERRITE CORE OF FLYBACK TRANSFORMER

PURPOSE: An apparatus for supporting a ferrite core of a flyback transformer is provided to prevent the movement of the ferrite core and maintain a gap between an upper and a lower core by improving a supporting structure of the ferrite core. CONSTITUTION: A ferrite core(4) is installed in a flyback transformer case(10). The ferrite core(4) is divided into an upper core(2) and a lower core(3). One side portion of the ferrite core(4) is inserted into the inside of a bobbin(1). The other side portion of the ferrite core(4) is supported and fixed by a core support portion(5) formed at an upper portion of one side of the flyback case(10). A constant gap is maintained between the upper and the lower cores(2,3). A core support section(6) is installed at one side of the core support portion(5) in order to support one side of the ferrite core(4). A core support boss(7) is formed on both sides of the inside of the core support section(6). An adhesive inflow groove(8) is formed between the core support bosses(7) in order to adhere a center portion of the ferrite core(4).
